The Hearing Center

This was the best office visit. Receptionist is extremely nice, doctors are welcoming and friendly. I didn't have to get an ear cleaning since my ears are really clean but I did a hearing test which was free. 100% recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made it very easy to get an appointment. Dr. Ferrito takes his time to listen to your concerns completely. He then charts out a plan to ensure all of my concerns were satisfied. His Knowledge of hearing aids and programming made my visit very successful. Thanks to Joe and the whole staff A++

Thank you to The Hearing Center! My Grandpa was in the hospital and his hearing aids stopped working. I called their office and they immediately offered to help, even though he wasn't a patient of theirs. I brought in the devices and the staff was friendly and worked hard and long to get them re-tubed and fixed. With the devices fixed, Grandpa was able to hear again! Thank you to the staff for being awesome!

I have been with Hearing and Speech for 10+ years. The service is always professional, friendly courteous and informative. I never feel rushed or that my questions are not welcome. When I lost a significant amount of my hearing my first contact was with Hearing and Speech and it was a huge blessing for me. They were very patient and understanding. They walked me through the process of testing my hearing to determine how much hearing I still had and discussed with me options that would help me hear better. I have been very happy with the plan and hearing aid that I selected.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr Ferrito in just a few days. He was punctual, knowledgeable, knew my history quite well, sent my hearing aid in for repair under warranty, and tested my hearing. Even asked how my wife was doing! Great place, outstanding business model.
