I have been a patient of Dr. Arroyave for 13 years and have found her to be one of the kindest people I have known. As she advanced in her career, I grew with her as a patient. She was first with Providence Hospital, and then she went into her own practice. Since then, I can tell you that you will not just be a number to her; she truly cares for her patients and listens to them. Like any doctor's office or company with different administrations, they have had their ups and downs, but nothing that you can't get through. I am proud to recommend her to all my family and friends.

You feel seen you feel heard and most importantly you feel safe . Recommend if you need an PCP doctor and a good one at that come here . Moved from out of state and this is the only place I feel heard about my recent health issues .

I’ve been a patient for years now and it has been years and they still can’t get their phones to work. The only method of communication is by leaving voice messages because no one ever answers the phone and there’s no way of getting a hold of them unless it’s through leaving voice messages which most of the time, they don’t return the call and go unanswered. If it’s an emergency and need to get a hold of the office, good luck. How are you going to be a medical office with many patients and not have a phone that works or someone to answer the phone.

Doctor said we're no longer clients after she didn't do her job. It takes a pretty terrible doctor (and clinic) to reject someone when they are seeking help.

I absolutely LOVE coming here. I feel seen, I feel heard and I have never had a bad experience with anyone. the admin, the nurses and the NP's and and doctors are all amazing. I have never felt this comfortable in a medical setting before.
