Debra is incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand where I was holding tension and adjusting her approach throughout the session. I’ve been seeing Debra for post op lymphatic massages for 12 weeks! I first visited her when I was 6 days post op, and from day 1 I knew that she was the one! She is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and a lot more! She made me feel so at easy at a time when my body needed comfort and familiarity. Prior to finding Debra I tried 2 other lymphatic massage therapist in the Raleigh area and I was not impressed. I recommend her to everyone I meet, my results have been phenomenal, I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo and muscle repair. My surgeon did great work but I attribute Debra’s work to my progress as well!

Debra is MAGICAL. She is so kind, compassionate and thorough in listening to your aches and pains and then works her magic. Everything feels so personalized and thoughtful. I have been doing prenatal massages with her for my fourth pregnancy and second after a tummy tuck. Everything is a lot tighter and she is a wizard at releasing tension in a gentle but productive way. The space is beautiful, the booking process is simple and straightforward, literally I cannot recommend booking with her more highly ✨

I had a wonderful experience getting a 90 minute massage at the Haven at Cary. Debra was professional and friendly making me feel comfortable with her knowledge about the massage that was best for me. I love that she offers complimentary enhancements, (hot stones and cupping), that made the massage extra enjoyable. She has a great attention to detail! What an exceptional experience! Debra is very gifted and caring. She really listens to your requests and then intuitively provides what you need and more. A massage is beyond relaxing and for me, more therapeutic, to relieve chronic neck and lower back tension and tightness.
