The Grove at New Wilmington

The staff made the stay for Donna fun and enjoyable! It was for a respite and she was anxious going in but changed her thinking when they made her feel so welcome. She will look forward to it if she needs to do this again.

It is very nice that they keep checking on Dan even though he has left to facility. Care was pretty good there. Clean compared to others places we have visited people at. Andy and Rachel in rehab were great. People that lead bingo and games were very helpful.

Staff was well trained in taking care of my mom. They also communicated to what there are doing ( ie. meds, therapy) and they kept us informed about her progress.

I had a loved one who stayed at this facility for a few months and i definitely would refer others. Everyone was kind and compassionate from the floor staff to administration. My loved ones needs were taken care of daily and when I had any concerns they were followed up with almost immediately. The place was clean, however the food was just adequate. With that being said I give a 4 star rating out of 5.

My mother had a nice stay! She enjoyed the food and she is very picky. After discharge, Maggie followed up several times to check on my mother. She really was very caring and concerned. Great care!
