I recently attended the three-part seminar and I was truly impressed by the depth and breadth of information shared about women’s health and wellness. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Nicole explained the physical, psychological and emotional changes women experience in a way that was both clear and scientific. Most health care providers simply don’t have the time to address the many issues women face as we age, so to be in a room full of women with similar experiences felt incredibly validating and comforting.
