Customer Reviews
My Mom was here on two separate occasions for rehab, after hospitalizations. While the center was 1 1/2 hours from my parent’s house, there was nowhere else we wanted Mom to be. The therapy program was good. The wound care program was excellent. The staff were compassionate, attentive, and detailed. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The tenure of the leadership team is unheard of in the industry. The work these folks do is not easy, but they do it better than anyone else around!
My mother has been at Fountainview for a year and a half. The facility is well maintained, clean and pleasant, but more importantly, the care my mom receives has been excellent. Overall, the whole care team works to provide an environment that supports the patient’s and communicates well with me.
I would love to “Thank” Terrence and Julius for all of your support. Ever since I started this journey you two haven’t been anything except supportive. Both of you believed in me even when I didn’t. I appreciate you two! CNA school wasn’t easy, but it was necessary! You both are “Amazingly Awesome!!”
Fountainview has been our home for almost 4 years. Thank you for your commitment to quality service and for providing compassionate care with dignity to my mother.
My Gail has been living there for over 8yrs having early onset Alzheimer's, during this time, she has received nothing but great care and love. The facility, like all nursing homes/long term care facilities, has a hard time retaining caregivers, as it's a hard job, but despite everything, they've always took care of my girl and the other residents. Recently, the had a change in management, and in my opinion, it was for the better, as Julius, who's been there a while and Snr. nurse, has been busy correcting and improving some things that the previous manager neglected, but at no time, did the level of care drop. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia to live.
