My husband had an appointment to pick up special order shoes. Receptionist said we owed money. I had a receipt showing it had been paid. She said it was a different bill but couldn’t show me a copy of the bill. She refused to allow us to see the doctor unless the money was paid. She refused to call the main office to check. I asked to let him keep the appointment and we would work out the problem. She refused. She was very rude and made the decision on her own to not see him. Needless to say we will not be back. I would not recommend them.
