The Floating Hospital: Queensbridge Health Center

The waiting room was filthy and the staff was polite , but once I got upstairs the nurses never said who they were , then they couldn’t find the vein in my child’s arm so instead of stopping and being patient the nurse kept taking the needle and pushing it in my child’s arm more than 4 times , I wouldn’t suggest anyone who is a human to ever come here , other than that they had free food socks and used clothing but that’s the only good thing , very unethical very unpleasant and unprofessional. DO BETTER STOP RUSHING AND CARE !!!! I’m also reporting to 311.

Tye is super awesome and so is all staff but this gentleman tye is so sweet and humbled and patient.

Dr Rhoden seems like an understanding and capable doctor. However the staff, specifically the male receptionist that was working on June 18th 2025, seem to neglect his responsibilities and commitment to patients’ health. I called as soon as the office opened at 11 am, and once again later that afternoon. I informed them twice, that because my previous pharmacy closed, and that the new pharmacy info was on file. I also informed them that my prescription is a daily one, necessary for normal thyroid function. He said he would notify the doctor, and it is now the next day, a federal holiday, and the prescription still hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy.And the office is now closed. This is a case of deliberate negligence and disregard for the health of their patients. Today is my 3rd day with NO

Very unprofessional, they live me without a vital medication ( blood pressure) for my health, because I was 7 ‘ late. I’d explained I came from Nyack, NY I hit traffic, but no. They have to reschedule, the front desk guy was not helpful at all. Very disappointed.

Super long wait to be seen by a doctor also the transporting company is a joke they pick you up at 1030 don’t get to the actual hospital until after 12pm then we wait all day don’t leave out until 5ish pm terrible
