The Northumberland office staff and Dr. Rita Verma are beyond amazing! The doctor is the most precise optometrist I have ever seen for treatment and correction of my lenses for my eye needs and the team of ladies in Norry were all helpful and friendly!
Not professional. I was rushed through my consultation appointment by staff. When consulting with a visiting rep from the Eye Center, I noticed two old women complaining about the wait even though they arrived sometime after me. I didn't think much about it until a female staff member put her hand on my shoulder and asked "are you hanging out with us all day". When the rep asked her what the problem was, she explained the two women were waiting to be seen as she stood behind me with them. Feeling uncomfortable and rushed, I asked if it would help if I finished payment with the front desk but the rep said he would have to do the transaction himself. I do NOT recommend this place for people of color or anyone who doesn't support this behavior.
Dr. Orren is tops in his field. Great selection of frames. Lenses
