Dr. Espinosa was nice, and Dr. Zach Ramilevich was great he took his time and helped find the right treatment. His staff was incredibly unreliable and unresponsive to calls. Staff hangs up calls, or no call backs even when regarding to medications, follow ups, scans or lab orders. About a year ago lab work was supposedly sent to the lab and over a week later nothing was sent, called repeatedly and got a run around with no one being able to answer except saying they’ll leave a message at their new call center. Dr. Zach apologized for the lack of communication from his staff during the transition of their new call center but their staff is unreliable as fair as following up with patient care. It’s been over a month and I am still not able to schedule an appointment again since I am told to l

TEN STARS I was in the hospital after a bad cold for 4 weeks and then my legs stopped working. Then my arms stopped working. After 2 weeks I was being discharged with the diagnose of a pinched nerve and I was to be an out patient in a wheelchair. My nurse heard this and she saw Dr. Espinosa ( former head of neurology at the hospital) doing his patient visits and asked him to see me. He came into my room in front of four residents and diagnosed me as having Guillain Barre Syndrome. He told the residents that I was now his patient. (My lucky day!) He ordered infusions (IVIG) and my recovery was on it's way. I am forever grateful for my nurse to seeking help for me. Dr. Espinosa could have declined looking at me during his rounds, I am sure he is a very busy doctor but he came and saved me

I was a new patient this week as referral and was lucky to get in quickly. Dr.Espinosa is very sharp, smarter than any of the other docs I’ve spoken to in a long time. He has a busy location so just understand that they have a great staff who will help you with everything you need. Testing was fast and thorough with the latest technology.

Communication and Lack of Care We have been waiting close to three weeks for a call back from the doctor regarding my mother’s infusion shot, which was supposed to be administered at home. Despite over 10 phone calls from myself, my father, my mother, and my wife, we have gotten absolutely nowhere. Each time we call, we speak to someone who tells us “the doctor will call you back” — and that call never comes. There is no follow-through, no urgency, and no accountability. As a result of not receiving her infusion, my mother has become increasingly weak and fell yesterday. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and basic care. It is extremely disappointing and sad that getting something as critical as timely medical coordination is this difficult. We expected co

I would strongly not recommend this office there attention to detail is horrible as they don't call people back who they are treating. My dad has been a patient of there's for about a year getting infusion. Right now he is NY with me were I live as he has been staying with me the last few month's. He was suppose to get his infusion last week hear however we had to delay due to there none attention to there patient's need's as he was suppose to be re-enrolled in the program. I called the office to speak to his Dr. there and it's almost impossible to get things done with them. I Finally spoke to his Dr. last Wed and he stated he would call me back the next day with his assistant to get my dad reenrolled in a trial. Bothe my mother and I have called every day since last week with no call
