The Epilepsy Care Center

The Epilepsy Care Center is truly one of a kind care. I was able to get my infant son an appointment within 2 business days from sending an appointment request, and then on the day of the appointment, we also got a same day EEG! Almost unheard of when seeing a specialist. Dr. Lowden provides timely, educational, and compassionate care, especially to a nervous first time mom. The EEG tech, Alex, was amazing with my son and had all kinds of baby friendly toys and tricks to help with the EEG prep. The facility is beautiful inside, and so carefully thought out! Very calm and welcoming, and I loved the baby/kid friendly waiting area so your little can get the wiggles out before seeing the doctor. Hi, Dr's Lowden and Dolce lead an outstanding team at the Epilepsy Care Center. The patient is first, second, third and last, IE, that mean that the patient care comes before anything else. They ask the tough question with such empathy it's like they are doing a role reversal with the parents and their feelings. The team always make sure we are at home during our visit and they do not hesitate to assist whenever we make multiple calls whenever we do not understand the medical advice that we are given. I highly recommend the Epilepsy Care Center. They are better than Allstate "The Good Hands People!"
