Mordy Schwartz the Concierge was so helpful. He was always there with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to handle any situation that I need help with. Sylvani the CNA was so helpful and she ensured that everyday started with a smile and offered encouragement each and every day. Truly a kind and caring person. I wish her nothing but the best. I want to thank Eric the social worker for all his help. His involvement In making things better for me is much appreciated. I appreciated The assistant director of nursing Gayle stopping by regularly to inform me of the progress of my condition and to provide encouragement. I am writing this review from the view of a spouse who watched the Care that her husband received at the Encore Rehab. My husband was recuperating from surgery and was admitted to Encore. He was a patient for 2 Months plus having been discharged 10 days ago. I am sorry tosay that his day was less than terrific. Through all of that time, The following people prove themselves to be exceptional. Jay Mobley. Is a terrific concierge who devotes his time and caring To the patient in an Outstanding way. He would stop at nothing to try to make my husband stay more palatable and was successful each time. Love the physical therapy department and therapist, Michael, Simon, Suzanne, Mitch, Dara, Amanda, Sonia, and Terry and everyone else in the therapy department they went above and beyond to help me like standing up now transferring and walking, thanks for their experience and knowledge I appreciate their support. Beware! Do not send your parents here unless you want them to decline. They are so under staffed, they are the rudest group of nurses and they take an hour to get to you when a call button is pushed. God forbid you ask for their prescribed meds or an IV bag because your parent is so dehydrated that their tongue is all shrunk and they are so weak they can’t hold a cup of water, you will get told they are busy doing paperwork. They are so argumentative and speak to you like your beneath them. It used to be a great place and since it was sold, it went down hill big time. They will tell you it’s 8 pm and visiting hours are over but you’re literally waiting to make sure your parent is getting the care you asked for 3 hours ago. Finally got an IV bag and the head nurse asked me to leave the room

My mom came to this rehabilitation Center af ,r she was released from Broward Health Center. The Phisycal therapy has helped my mom a lot. She needs to stay a little longer to establish security when she stamp up. Thanks to Jay Mobley one of the concierge, is a dedicated person who help any patients to feel confortable in their room. Also Violet and Linda are assistant that keep all her patients clean. I will recommend this place because is clean, smell good. Also have a garden with a Gacybo. Nice location.
