Absolutely love this pharmacy. The pharmacist is incredibly kind and compassionate. During a major shortage, he was the only one who helped me and has been reliable ever since. The whole staff is friendly, and they always make you feel taken care of. Highly recommend!

The Drug Shoppe is the best pharmacy in Tampa. They have an amazing professional friendly staff. The Pharmacist is a very caring individual. The staff is always available to assist and make sure that your medication needs are met. You can always speak to a real person. Best Pharmacy I have ever visited. I called over 20 pharmacies in the Tampa area trying to get my medication filled, but with the high demand, I had no luck especially with the big-name pharmacies. My physician recommended The Drug Shop, so I gave them a call, and to my surprise, they actually had my medication in stock. Although they didn’t accept my insurance, this was the medication I truly needed. I decided to drive over expecting to pay a huge amount out of pocket, but instead, I was met with kindness and compassion. The pharmacist personally came around the counter to discuss the medication with me and was able to provide it at a very reasonable price. Definitely off the beaten path, not a huge chain but was the only pharmacy that carried what I needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The pharmacist went completely above and beyond by explaining how to use the medication. He even drew me a picture!

After using a large chain pharmacy for years, I decided to switch pharmacies to one less corporate and cold. The Drug Shoppe was recommended to me by the receptionist at the doctor’s office, who said several other patients at that practice spoke highly of this location. I decided to try it out and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They’re always ultra polite, professional, and straightforward with me. It seems like they treat each customer with individualized care. I usually have my toddler accompanying me to drop off/pick up medications and the staff are all very patient with him wandering up and down the aisles with me trailing closely behind, while we’re supposed to be waiting in line. There’s hardly ever a long wait regardless. If there’s any de
