The whole staff was kind, quick, and calming. Dr. Chris was very reassuring and took time to talk me through everything I had questions and concerns about during my visit. Definitely a great location.

I don’t understand what the point of reserving your spot in line is for when you’re still going to have to wait for over an hour and post walk-ins when you arrive. I made an appointment for 10:30 AM, took the time to complete my insurance information online before leaving my house. Arrived at 10:15, still had to provide the same information that I gave them online. I am still here waiting and it is now 11:15, every single walk in at this point has been seen. I wish she would have told me when I called not to bother with an appointment.

My nanny slit her finger open. The lady at front desk was compassionate and amazing. She saw her scared and had the Dr see her right away. A few stitches later, in and out in 25 minutes. Ty for being a real human.

I have been coming to this urgent care for a long time and have always trusted this place. However, today was the first time I felt truly disappointed. I had a confirmed 5:30pm appointment (I even arrived early at 5:00pm as the message instructed). I was taken to a room and then left waiting for almost an hour and a half with absolutely no communication. No one checked on me at all, even though I was not feeling well and had a headache. It really felt like I was forgotten. What made this experience worse is that when I stepped out, I saw staff chatting, laughing, and talking casually.
