I highly recommend The Doctors Office Urgent Care in Paramus NJ I have used them several times over the past few years. I find them courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficent. The facility is clean, and well taken care of. I recently had a serious issue with my primary Dr. and went to this urgent care for treatment. I was enormously pleased with the examination and the course of treatment I should follow. This office truly stands out for how kind and compassionate everyone is. From the front desk to the medical staff, they are always welcoming, attentive, and patient. I never feel rushed, and they genuinely care about your well-being. It makes such a difference when you’re treated with warmth and understanding. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and usually have positive experiences, but my recent visits have been frustrating. Lower back pain: A few months ago, I was there for lower back pain. There was one person ahead of me, and I scanned the QR code and took a seat. Another person checked in after me and was seen immediately. When I asked the front desk if they had an appointment, they said no. I felt very dismissed. Once I saw the doctor, they were empathetic and gave something to help take the edge off. Sinus problem: I recently returned for sinus pressure, which happens once or twice a year and is documented in my chart. I politely refused a full exam due to past trauma, and the provider seemed to care less about the pain I was in. They did not prescribe an oral steroid—only

I went in with back pain. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. The woman came out from the back and she was pleasant. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I could hear all of the staff in one of the rooms talking and cursing. I was flabbergasted as to what I was hearing. The provider came in and did not introduce herself. She was nice and honest with what my next step should be. I unfortunately will not return due to the unprofessional manner in which the staff displayed themselves.

I went in on a Saturday morning with a potentially broken nose. There was no wait and I got seen by a doctor right away. I got an x-ray onsite and was able to get my results right away. Staff was super nice. Very happy with my experience.
