Its really unfortunate to be leaving this review-typically i'd just never return but this needs to be said. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS SO RUDE AND UNPLEASANT. I PAY $500 OUT OF POCKET for weight lost injections and there is ALWAYS some sort of mix up or Unpleasant experience with staff at the desk. The actual NP is friendly , accommodating and although last month was my first time meeting her- if she ran the office im sure there would be less confusion. I called this morning at 10am to see if they had my dose available- when i called I could barely get a word OUT MY MOUTH without being interrupted from the Front desk staff trying to finish my sentence- i even said so you dont need to know the dose im calling about...she said I HAVE IT. I asked if i could come now to pick it up and was told YE

The staff is great, especially Maria. Dr. Haltrecht is very knowledgeable. Lately I've been seeing the PA Patrycja Kazana; she is very friendly, answers my questions and concerns.

This Dr. is literally the worst I have come across. He has a god complex and zero empathy. I was seeing his physicians assistants and happy with them. I have stage four cancer but came here to try to get to the root cause of some other issues. I saw his PA who told me that my glucose was elevated and that I had diabetes.I knew something was off as did she. She told me that Dr. Haltrect told her over the phone when she consulted with him that I had type one diabetes and needed insulin. I had never had this issue before and had recently started a new cancer med that I later found out can cause elevated levels of glucose. This PA and I agreed that I would take Metformin once a day for one week and then move up to twice and see what happens. She asked me to come back a few days later and set

My husband and I are new patients. We have nothing but great things to say about the practice. We both see Dr. Haltrecht, he has been nothing but professional with us, all our needs were met and then some. The appointments are quick but thorough. Additionally, his staff has done nothing but accommodate our requests, they are very pleasant and efficient. Thanks Dr. Haltrecht and your staff!
