First time visit was very good, not a very long wait to see the Doctor was so professional. The Doctor answer my Question. I feel so much better about my appointment after she asked if I had questions

I was very impressed the day after a snow storm that the staff came in and the facility was open. The receptionist (I’ll edit this review later when i get her name) got a bit busy but handled everything well and seemed to prioritize with a positive attitude. She was kind and patient in checking me in, breaking the news to me that i had an outstanding bill, and was willing to provide every print-out needed to understand the charges. The (unsure of proper verbiage) “nursing assistant” was super helpful, attentive, and polite (I’ll edit this review later when i get her name also). She aided the PA Sydney Coscia in treating a critical outbreak on my scalp i was experiencing. I was somewhat panicking and concerned about my outbreak but she brought about a sense of calm and fostered a tranquil e

I’ve had my second visit/appointment and I have not been disappointed. Customer service excellent. My Dermatologist Xiaochen Lenny Yang is Extremely knowledgeable and exceptional,hands down. The environment is very clean,warm and friendly. If you’re looking for a dermatologist I highly recommend. 10/10😌

Good customer service and reminders for upcoming appointments. However , you’re never seen at the scheduled time you make the appointment which really is inconvenient. I don’t mind a 15 minute wait but half hour is tedious and unacceptable
