I am very pleased with my visit. Wonderful staff. I would give 10 instead of 5 My DMP, Shannon Keiser, was not only Super nice, but very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable, was very Delicate while taking care of three biopsies, She answered all my questions without Hesitation. It was my first time to a dermatologist And my experience was great. I would highly recommend Derm, Especially DNP, SHANNON KEISER.
I was taken in on time. I appreciate Dr. Borowicz's assesment of what is needed & am in total agreement with this. She is extremely skilled, very knowledgeable & conservative with her suggestions.
Appointment was at 1:15. I did not see the provider until 1:55. This was my second appointment at this office where they were running extremely late. My full body exam also felt rushed. The staff were pleasant so that is why I am giving two stars instead of one.
Always a great experience with Shannon Keiser! She’s so informative and compassionate. I would highly recommend her.
