I will never give this business another penny!! BILL PAID!!!! Long term customer gone! I had a good experience with Dr. Cote, but I had to leave thanks to Diana’s shoddy, near sighted, scorched earth billing practices. Given Diana’s great willingness to argue with me over a bill, which is being incrementally paid, and her flippant disregard for customer service, I sense that Dr. Cote does not care how his staff treat his patients. With the area being so transient, a new batch of unwitting customers are always on the way. So why care about customer service? I have always paid my dental bills, in full, despite this dental office’s outdated, 20th century billing practices. Their paper bill does not provide any online method of payment. Been coming here for over 4 years now and cannot say enough good things about this office. Thank you all for doing top-notch dental work, and also for fighting the insurance companies on copays/out of pocket costs. You are all awesome in my eyes!

I went in for a cleaning which I get every four months. It would be great if I could have some consistency in who's doing the cleaning. Each time there is a different person and let's just say this one was very painful! Each time that I get someone new, they come up with a new procedure that they think I should have done. It's all well and fine if thats their professional opinion and it's what I need, but I felt there was a bit of rudeness on how they were making there point to me and not explaining clearly exactly what this procedure consist of, how long it takes, etc. I had to ask for the cost details associated with this sternly suggested procedure. Dr. Cote is excellent! I got a treatment done and it is so well done! He is a true expert in his field. ❤️ Additional note- after 1 year also, there is no visible damage or problem I am facing. This is really excellent work by Dr. Cote. I will introduce my family as well to their office. This is probably the best service I received in last 6-7 years. I strongly recommend Dr. Cote and his staff for all your dentist needs.

I like to be honest from my perspective and based on my experience. I visit the dentist every six months for routine cleanings and check-ups. In the past, I had a crown placed due to wear on a tooth. I understand that dental issues can arise unexpectedly, but I was surprised that, despite taking X-rays and performing initial diagnostics, the experts didn’t analyze the situation more thoroughly. What stood out to me was that, instead of prioritizing the patient’s well-being, their first reaction seemed to be ensuring they were not at fault. This left me wondering if something more serious had occurred, how would they have handled it? Is the patient’s health truly their top priority?
