The Dental Group at The Pinehills (Formerly Kerr Dental Associates)

After nearly 4 years moving to the area and continuing to drive over one hour, I finally changed to a local dentist. Yesterday I had my first visit to this practice at Pinehills in Plymouth (open to non-residents as myself). Every staff member was helpful and friendly with a beautiful, clean and efficient office. I had the pleasure to have Cheryl as my hygienist and Dr. Candace Wolkowicz as my dentist, both were exceptional. I will continue with both for future appointments. The impression I had is that everyone in this office meets the same standard and criteria, I am happy to have made the change!!!

I had my first appointment with the Dental Group today, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The office is absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and welcoming. It immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. My dental hygienist was exceptional: incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire visit. The entire team was friendly and attentive, and the level of care I received was top-notch. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend the Dental Group to anyone looking for a great dental experience. They exceeded my expectations in every way!

Kerr dental has been an incredible upgrade from all my previous dentists. My hygienist always does a great job! My cleanings are thorough, and comforting thank you Cheryl. Dr. Bernstein in particular showed impressive attention to detail when performing my procedures. I would recommend him to anyone. He won’t finish until he’s satisfied with the work he performs and the patient is happy. I won’t be seeing anyone else for any procedure or consultations going forward.

I have been using this dental practice for 30 years which has changed hands to the Dental Group purchase recently . My dentist and hygienist are wonderful and informative and this is why I stay at this practice. However , billing and coding has been a bit of a nightmare lately leaving me to pay out of pocket when a disconnect between office and insurance to be over billed and on the phone for hours to resolve (not yet resolved by office) when insurance admitted the office didn’t bill correctly and am owed a refund. This is upsetting because my dentist team and hygienist are great!

Today was my first time at this practice. The staff was so accommodating, they were all so nice and took very good care of me. I was very nervous and they made me feel completely comfortable and clearly explained everything to me. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.
