The Dental Docs

Dear Owner, it was not about a recommendation nor about my insurance. My insurance is through Delta Dental. I’ve been coming to your establishment for years..Your staff was very rude and condescending over the phone to me. Not sure what notes she wrote but I’m sure it painted her in a good light but she was very nasty. How about calling your patients for more details. I was also charged for things that was covered by my insurance and my insurance company actually called me to get my money back. The front desk staff tends to do and say whatever they want behind the Dr.’s back. I don’t the the doctors know. Even the hygienist who did my cleaning was upset with the front desk staff. I will not mention what they said but it needs reviewed more thoroughly. Thanks for your time and understanding

I was introduced to the Dental Docs when I married my husband about 1.5 years ago. He has been going to them for years. They are a wonderful office with the best doctors, hygienists, x-ray techs and the entire team is friendly and professional from the minute you step into their office until you leave. A special shout out to Gina in the front office who promptly got my billing squared with my insurance company. Sheila has cleaned my teeth twice and is excellent. I leave with the best, clean feeling mouth. Lastly, Mona is a great x-ray technician. She made me laugh and was so sweet and welcoming on my first visit. Thank you Dr. Paul and the whole team at The Dental Docs. :)

We have been going to Dr Paul Luczynski for as long as he’s practiced in San Diego. I hate going to the dentist but somehow, he makes it easier. He’s a good dentist and a nice person. My kids and husband also enjoy his care. A lot of my extended family members see him too- which is a good indication of how well liked he is. His staff is diverse, welcoming, well prepared and often go above and beyond. They all seem happy to be there and are trying to help you have a good experience.

I have been getting the best dental care ever from the Dental Docs. The hygienists are super thorough. Dr. Paul takes time to carefully review your needs, and does beautiful work! The office is sparkling clean, and everyone there is professional and personable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs.

The Dental Docs have been my dentists for 30+ years! Sheila is the most kind and talented hygienist. I'm not a big fan of getting dental work done (and who is?), but I actually enjoy my visit with Sheila. She has been taking care of my whole family's teeth for many years and is great with young kids. My daughter is a teenager now, but I remember how well Sheila communicated with her when she was very young and talked to her about how important it is to get rid of the "sugar bugs" by always brushing your teeth!
