He kept me informed about my appointment and my flight as well as the hotel and had someone meet me at the airport to take me to the hotel and pick me up on my return flight home. Contacted Ross at The Dental Concierge and that was it. For my trip I went to Cancun Mexico. He effortlessly coordinated my flight and upon arrival I was greeted at the airport by a well mannered driver who escorted me to a boutique hotel to my liking. Everything was orchestrated from start to finish. I needed some crown work done and was picked up at the hotel at the designated time and brought to the dental office. The dental office was spotlessly clean and high tech and the procedure that I needed was painless. After the procedure I was driven back to the hotel with no pain at all. It's hard to believe that I had a dental experience as well as a vacation and saved time and money at the same time.
