The Cottages at Texarkana

My grandmother fell & broke her hip January 6th & had hip surgery. Once she was stable, Dr. Abebe sent her to The Cottages at Texarkana for rehabilitation. My mamaw & us family have nothing but GREAT things to say & tell to our local communities about this facility from the smooth admissions, to the exceptional care from ALL the staff, to the delicious food, the home like atmosphere & the amazing rehab team! ****They need to add some of these facilities in TEXAS ❤️

The nurses and aids we’re great, Tyler was great , the reason I’m giving this rating is because we were sent home on a Friday with out some of her medications that was very much so needed, also the cottages ordered a walker for us that was never deliver.

Our mom was really sick when she was sent to The Cottage House. We weren't sure what to expect or how all of this would turn out. Sheila was wonderful to work with and provided a peace where there was nothing but uncertainty. It didn't matter when we called she always made time for us and answered all of our questions. The staff would check in so we were all on the same page and the progress that was made. It took time but mom started getting better. She grew close to the caring staff and made a lot of new friends along the way. We are so grateful to all the staff that worked with our mom during her stay at The Cottage House. Because of their dedication she is going home today healthy and in a good state of mind ready for her next journey.

Everyone was amazing and a very very clean facility! :0) My father loved it for his short stay there of physical therapy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
