The Corvallis Clinic - Urgent Care

The staff were kind, but I would not recommend this facility for infant care. I called ahead to confirm they were equipped to see a 6-month-old and was reassured they were. Once there, it was clear they were not prepared. We were asked to weigh our daughter on an adult scale, and when I explained she cannot sit unassisted, I was instructed to lay her on a visibly dirty scale. This raised concerns about hygiene and accuracy, especially since medication dosing relies on weight. They attempted to use adult-sized equipment on her, including a pulse oximeter, and struggled to make it work. I genuinely like corvallis clinic. This was my first experience at urgent care. Day 1: Called at 5pm b/c son had accident and suspected xray needed. Confirmed availability with 2 physicians working and xray option. Arrived at 530, empty waiting room, and told physicians decided to no longer see patients for rest of night. I said it’s open until 7 and they said yah, patients are in the back awaiting results. Told I should go to BestMed in Albany as they definitely have xray and open until 8. 30 minutes later, arrive at BestMed. No xray providers on Fridays. Day 2: Arrived 30’ early and opened on time. Prompt service, went for xray, confirmed expected outcome. Unfortunately clinic didn’t have the resourcing to cast and was only willing to stabilize with referral to ortho sometime next week

They are rude and non caring. The doctor told us next time we shouldn't waste their time and now we are also being over charged for the visit. Janice in billing refuses to even try to work with us on it so now I owe hundreds for receiving no care for my injured son.

Had a very hard time waiting while I was broken out in hives. The staff were incredibly friendly but having to wait for relief while itching all over was pretty bad. It would help if the staff had more ability to determine triage during intake or more staff could be available. My wait was over two hours and I am writing this review while waiting in part to keep my mind off the itching. Thank you again for the service.

While visiting the area from out of state last week, I fell hard on a gravel road, deeply scraping a knee and an arm. I was worried about infection, so I headed here to make sure my wounds could be properly cleaned and evaluated. I can't say enough about how kindly and competently I was treated, from check-in with Ben to the medical care I received from nurse Bri and Dr. Ewanchyna. And I didn't even have to wait long to be seen! A big thank-you to all of you for taking care of me in my time of need.
