The Compounder

As a mother of a special needs child that can’t swallow pills, I wanted to say Vital Care is a lifesaver. The pharmacist and the clerk that took care of my transaction on 11-30-2023 gave me the best service. Even-though, I had to drive over an hour to the pharmacy it was worth it because my daughter finally got her much needed flavored compounded liquid medication. So thanks Vital Care for all you do!!!

Live in Wiggins. Called them yesterday to get a good time to bring my prescription. Drove to Hattiesburg today. Reply stated about an hr. and would call when ready. She knew I was waiting. Checked in after an hour and was told mine was next. Waited and waited. After another 1.5 hours she came outside to tell me all the people had gone to lunch except 1 an

Some of the people answering the phones could have better business skills, especially when talking with the ill and senior citizens. I don't understand why they won't take payments over the phone. After two trips to Hattiesburg I received my medicine. The pharmacist was very good and provided excellent information and instructions.

Wonderful experience at Vital Care, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff, even though my insurance did not cover my medication, the cost of the medication was less than my co-pay at my regular pharmacy. And I was able to use my flex pay card to pay for my prescriptions. GREAT PHARMACY

Vital Care took me on as a patient 3 years ago, and I couldn't imagine this part of my journey without them. Some are more special than others however it's an awesome team to be on. 💜
