The Cliffs Apartments

I do not recommend. Current leases can be transferred to someone who isn't on the waiting list, allowing them access to a unit before those who have been waiting for extended periods of time. Most of the units are dirty and not kept clean. Management and staff abuses their positions and acts very unprofessional. Alot of activity is happening at this place. No I do not reside here but I know many people that use too and some that still are. I've heard story after story and have proven knowledge of leases being transferred. Clean this place up, I will be contacting the proper sources to alert them.

Some neighbors smoke and I wish there were summer buildings that were for non smokers do me and my kid don't have to deal with second had smoke.. It's so bad you can smell it in our apartment because they smoke in breeze way constantly... Bad for our health especially my lighter toddler.

I've been waiting on one of these appointments for the longest now ): and never have ever even gotten a chance or even been put on a waiting list .. Now I'm living in a shelter and was told they had two open but they are not even giving me a chance for those): .... I work right across the street from them.. it sucks..

Worst. Place. My AC IS out and they wont do anything til the morning. So why would they have a emergency line for after hrs. To call me and tell me you can't come. Wow. Way to use our gov money on workers around here that can't help after dark but there on call after hrs. Lies. There on call to tell me it's TOO LATE.

If a ZERO star was an option that's what they would get. Faulty electrical systems that short out appliances and fry devices, management harrassment of renters, proven black mold in ventilation systems throughout units, unresolved cockroach infestation issues.
