The Christ Hospital Physicians - Primary Care

Would not recommend Christ Hospital system to anyone. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Had a bad poison ivy rash and received a steroid treatment. After being told to request a refill if conditions persisted, my refill request was denied. I called back every day for a week to understand why my prescription refill was denied. Meanwhile, still dealing with an itchy poison ivy rash. After a week of calling back every day (apparently the doctor could not be bothered to respond), I was told I had to come in for a new appointment. Appointment lasted about 5-10 minutes to confirm I had the same poison ivy rash I had the month before. Received a new prescription for the same medicine and was charged for another appointment. Given the circumstances, I disputed the charge for the appointmen

Dr. Neimeyer has been wonderful! He has restored my faith in the medical field with his knowledge and compassion for helping his patients. He takes the time to know and understand who you are, your conditions, and partners with you in creating a treatment plan. God bless!!

Dr. Dressler and the entire staff there have been terrific for the many years that I have used their services. They understand customer service, show empathy, and really know how to take care of people. Kudos to Hyde Park Internists! Top-knotch operation.

Had an appointment with Dr Kirsten j Koch and I was on time got in the office the receptionist gave me papers to fill out about who I wanted to have access to my information and all I said was I just filled out that information they want me to do it again and then I asked isn't it in my MyChart information or do I have to fill this out every time I come I didn't raise my voice anything I just asked a simple question they said I have to redo it every year I was fine with that I thought everything was good after that but then I get home and read my MyChart and the doctor says in the report that I was raising my voice in the lobby I was being loud I was talking loud I was using profanity I couldn't believe what I was reading I did no such thing so as a black man I can't even ask questions abo

Lack of coordination between doctors requesting bloodwork. Plus inept interpretation of a patient's request for bloodwork when it was requested before additional doctor visit. Get it together. Wasted my time and my fasting.
