The Christ Hospital Outpatient Center - Green Township

I Went to outpatient imaging for an X-ray at ste 1100 at 3pm today 6/19. The receptionist Yolanda was extremely unhelpful. She verbally complained several times about having to put my information in the computer system and made me feel unwelcome. She also refused to fax a report to my doctor; saying I would need to come back another day and “hand deliver” my xray report from green township to my doctor in downtown Cincinnati. Still giving three stars because my xray tech was lovely and offered to fax my report like it was no problem. I don’t know why but Yolanda at the front desk seemed determined to not help. Everything else was great! Reception =1 star. X-ray tech = 5 stars.

I recently visited Christ Urgent care with a bad cough and possible bronchitis. The staff and nurse practitioner were friendly ,caring and professional. The facility is immaculately clean. They did a chest x-Ray and the technician was also very nice and competent. I was prescribed an antibiotic and called back with a question about it and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely go here again if I can not get into my Primary Care.

I got a call from the office after scheduling my daughter a day in advance for an appointment. They told me to go to the emergency room instead. I said is this because we are cash pay? (Samaritan ministries)I was told they don't like to take cash pay patients. Plus she said they don't do blood work or any diagnostic tests. I told her I didn't believe that. She finally told the truth and said they could do blood work but nothing else. I think you all need to take the word Christ out of your name, it is blasphemous. Thank goodness tri health takes care of all people.

The office was great until yesterday. Wanted me to put on a monitor before insurance verification. Then told me sarcasticly to call my insurance company to verify coverage. We don't do that. Then she said I have to call my insurance to see if its covered. I can't call insurance I don't have the correct codes. One number off then I owe hundreds of dollars.

Went for post op consulting. Extremely rude staff and RNs who are late and in a hurry to get you out the door. No empathy for post op patients questions. Called a couple days later for follow up question. Extremely rude staff with attempt to help. Do not go here
