My experience with chiropractors in the past had me avoiding them until I absolutely needed one. Dr. Dryer is genuinely caring and I left his office feeling so much better than when I arrived. Highly recommend!
I could not move without extreme pain from a jammed neck (slept wrong). I tried alternating cold and heat for 6 days. Got 2 massages. Tried OTC meds- didn't work. Nothing worked. I'm terrified of getting my neck popped, especially when my neck is already in pain.. he was very easy going, made me feel comfortable and got the job done. I left being able to completely turn my head side to side, touch me ear to my shoulder and tilt my head all the way back. (Obviously with still a bit of pull) but it wasn't painful anymore. I went back the next day for one more adjustment and I am mobile with hardly anymore pull and zero pain. Highly recommend him- especially if you're a chicken like I am. :)
