Happy To see that this office has finally updated the new location. My son has been seen by The Childrens Medical Group since birth at several different locations, and I expected better treatment. My son had an appointment today, and when he put the location in his GPS 104 Fulton Street poughkeepsie ny was the location. Naturally, he was late to his 11:30 appointment because he was at the wrong location. The Childrens medical Group did not update the proper address. The receptionist at the Arlington office was rude and nasty. She was insisting that he had to reschedule his appointment due to no fault of his own. Since Michelle Patrick's departure we are having difficulty establishing a similar connection with another pediatrician. Last week, my two children and I had a physical scheduled for 3:15 PM. We arrived ten minutes early, having adjusted our schedule to ensure punctuality, and did not leave until 4:50 PM. We experienced significant delays in being seen by both a nurse and then the doctor. To be a children’s doctors office they have no care in the world if an infant is sick . Denying a child an emergency drs visit when they are crying , sneezing , might have an ear infection is disgusting. In the past they would have you come in to see if the child is fine , in my experience today I wasn’t even asked symptoms to see if my child was at risk of his health. I’m sorry no appointments today is what I was told . This is why ppl end up with their babies at the ER bc of practices lack of care
