Our family has worked with a few practitioners we’ve liked over the years, but we can confidently say that we truly love Julia. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience because she is exceptional. Not only is Julia highly skilled, but she also treats every visit with the warmth and care you’d expect from family. She is kind, personable, and has a wonderful sense of humor that immediately puts us all at ease. She remembers the smallest details from previous visits—whether it’s what our girls dressed up as for Halloween or how a special event went—which makes every appointment feel personal and thoughtful. I never leave reviews but honestly I have to at this point about this office. Dr. Justice and Megan are truly outstanding. Dr. Justice is incredibly patient with my kids — he takes the time to listen, explain, and really hear my concerns instead of brushing them off. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them, which means a lot as a parent. Megan, the manager, is just wonderful to deal with. She’s always goes the extra mile from what I have experienced. Anytime I have a billing question or need a referral, she handles it quickly and efficiently — usually the same day. This was the best experience I've had at a pediatrician office. I normally don't do reviews but this one is worth sharing how our experience went.This was our first visit at this office and the whole visit was welcoming for us. Everyone from the beginning at the front desk until the end was so nice and didn't seem bothered by us being there. We saw Julia Pierson and she was pleasant and patient with my girls. Even on a Sunday! I would recommend this office to everyone. If you were fortunate enough to find them then you already know how wonderful they are and if you haven't been here then you should really check them out.

We’ve had nothing but problems with this location. The billing staff is impossible to deal with. We use CHAMPVA because I am a veteran, and every other provider we’ve seen accepts it as secondary insurance—yet this office acted like they had never even heard of it. When my wife mentioned that we would likely stop coming here, the billing person coldly replied, “That’s okay, we have 1,200 other patients.” Who says that to a family trying to get care for their child? On top of that, last year we brought our daughter in for a cough and had our 4-year-old with us. The doctor only examined our sick child but still billed us for both children—even though absolutely nothing was done for our 4-year-old. Completely unacceptable. I really like everyone in this office. Dr Denicola is who my children see, and she’s a little over conservative in her care but that’s ok by me. But who I really want to give a shoutout to is Kristen who helped me at the desk but may also be a nurse too. She was so incredibly patient with me when I was frustrated with my son’s records. He need to see specialists and it was complicated trying to get them to see all my sons records and she took careful individual care of his file transfers and communicated perfectly with me thru the process. She could see immediately that I was losing my patience and she took the reins. There needs to be more people like Kristen in the world thank you!!!! You really helped an overwhelmed mom!
