From the moment I entered I was greeted warmly. The staff were all kind and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and really took my comfort into consideration. I had thought I only had a cracked tooth. Turned out I needed 2 root canals. They did them the same day and I left no longer in pain. The next day I am still pain-free and you wouldn't know I had any work done on my teeth if I didn't say anything. I highly recommend this dental office. I will definitely go again. One of the best dental experiences we’ve had in the Chicago area! The team was incredibly friendly, got us scheduled quickly, and handled our insurance seamlessly. The staff was helpful, polite, and very accommodating throughout the entire visit. We especially appreciated that they were able to take care of multiple cleanings and even an impromptu procedure in one appointment. The office is clean, conveniently located, and the care is truly top-tier—gentle and never intimidating. We’re so glad we found them!

Just established care here as a new patient and I am very happy with my choice! The whole team was very friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant was great at explaining everything she was doing and you could tell she was very passionate about her job. Dr. Libbing was friendly, informative and gentle with my cleaning/exam. Was in and out in <1 hour. Thanks again!!

Overall a great dental office and I recommend it. The dentist and hygienist were amazing - great communication, friendly and provided good recommendations. The front desk billing person, however, needs to work on her interpersonal skills. A simple question on my treatment plan where the numbers weren’t adding up which led to a realization that she wasn’t explaining to me correctly, she refused to take accountability and even interrupted me when I was talking to another person about the mistake she made.
