The physical therapists at The Orthopaedic Center are absolutely outstanding. As recommended by the brilliant orthopaedist Dr. Kenneth Fine, I've been treated by Matthew for my Achilles tendon. Matthew is warm, patient, highly intelligent and highly knowledgeable. While there for the full hour, I've observed the team, each with their specialized knowledge, making precise interventions, and seen how deeply appreciated they are by their patients.

My Therapist is trying every option to help with my pain. He’s very professional and not rushing you or pushing you if you’re uncomfortable with the exercises. I really appreciate Matthew’s patience.

Horrible experience with Dr Engorn. Waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment even though mine was one of the first of the morning. Tech was rude during appointment, interrupting me. Received a night stint and was told my insurance would cover part of it. Turns out insurance wouldn't cover it and the office charged me $235 for a $25 stint. Called the office to contest it and was hung up on and told the DC office was closed, when it was in fact open. When I finally got in touch with Dr Engorn's assistant, he told me "of course you were overcharged."

My visit to Doctor Levin's clinic feels like catching up with an old friend who genuinely cares about my health. Whenever I communicate my concerns to him, I have peace of mind knowing that I will receive personalized advice and care. His staff is also to be commended for their friendly and welcoming demeanor. It is a pleasure to work with them because they respond promptly to health concerns. Having caring and supportive staff makes the entire healthcare experience more pleasant and reassuring.
