The surgery itself went extremely well, and my recovery has been smooth thanks to his skill and precision. What truly sets Dr. Gupta apart, though, is his bedside manner. He is not only highly knowledgeable, but he genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident going into surgery. What impressed me most is how well he knows and remembers his patients. Dr. Press took the time to carefully review my imaging, explain what he was seeing, and walk me through my treatment options in clear, easy-to-understand terms. He explained his recommendations thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated his thoughtful, patient-centered approach. The staff was efficient and professional, and the overall visit truly reflected 5-star care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality orthopedic care in Northern Virginia.

I found Dr. Cyrus Press about six months ago while seeking a second opinion for my procedure. He came highly reviewed and well rated, but what mattered most to me was how confident I felt after meeting with him, and that confidence has only grown since. From the start, Dr. Press took the time to be incredibly thorough. He explains what’s going on in a clear, thoughtful way, walks you through what to expect, and never makes you feel rushed or talked down to. On top of that, his bedside manner is exceptional—calm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I remain deeply thankful to still be under his care. I’ve never been more confident in a medical decision. I highly recommend Dr. Press to anyone looking for a physician who combines expertise with humanity.

This rating is due to misinformation on their website. The website indicates that they are also an Ortho Urgent Care, which commonly doesn't require an appointment. However, when I arrived about 9:40 am 3/9/26, I was advised that they're NOT an Urgent Care, and they offered an appointment later in the week. When I asked why the site stated otherwise, there was no reason given. In spite of this, the front desk staff was professional, just as they were several months ago, when my teen was seen (without an appointment). That visit went very well; every staff person we encountered then seemed knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant, which is why I had chosen to return.

Dr.Gupta is incredible. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes his time, listens and is very compassionate. His staff is also incredible and overall an exceptional experience each time I have an appointment!
