Great staff on days, especially Joe who works as an RN and an aid. Nighttime care less responsive. Friend sat in urine for a few hours until I arrived. Her wounds were left undressed for most of the morning until I complained to the DON, Amy. In 4 decades of working with DON's at MetroGeneral, AGMC, Lutheran Nedical Center abd Edwin Shaw Rehab Hospital, Ms Amy was the least agreeable I've ever met in my career as a former military PA and licensed psychologist. I asked for her nose to be packed due to a nosebleed ladting hours...not done. She went through 2 boxes of tissues whike she was anemic! Rest of staff outstanding! If you cannot supervise your loved one, please look elsewhere

Not impressed! My mother in law had no water at her bedside. Never seen anyone to check on her in 4hrs I was there. The place is beautiful but no care. The nurses were sitting on there butts. Not impressed
