I took my daughter to this place when she was a baby. They said they took our insurance and then I found out after two visits that they do not. At least this is what I was told. The second visit to this doctor's office they did not even know what I was there for and my daughter's doctor was not even there for the well baby checkup. They will not resend the bill so it can be resolved. Whoever they had doing the scheduling and billing could have done a better job. All well baby checkup done for my child were suppose to be fully covered by my husband's insurance. The lack of not knowing why I was even in the office was sad and I never went back to this place. I still have their "bill" that they will not resolve sitting on my credit report because they are too lazy to allow it to be fixe

I went here as a child loved it! Stayed there until I was 20! Then my first child now 6 went there up until November 2017. My second child born in Feb 2017 went there until November as well. Dr philsbury saved my son's life! And I will forever be grateful for her and what she did for my son! As for my daughter I started calling in September to make my daughter November well visit. And kept being told the coordinator wasn't in and they'd give her the message meanwhile let's schedule ur son's next visit.. uhm what?! No! Both of my kids are important and they wanted me to wait until February for my child to be seen. Sick visits are a joke in this place! You sit there for hours and nothing gets resolved. I've been with the practice for 12 years and it breaks my heart that I have to go elsewhere. I've been trying to get my two children their annual screening. I was advised at the beginning of the year to call in Feb for April and May. When I called I was told they were booked until August and the kids will be put on their cancellation list. Finally called again and was told they only have one provider and there was nothing they could do. As of today we will have to part our way and begin with a new practice.

Receptionist had me hold for 15 minutes to tell me that they don't take patients that are 18 and was rude the whole time I was holding.

The entire staff is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
