So after I was called in not a single medical person checked if room was clean. When arrived in room dirty paper on bed with blood stain on gown , no comment at that point . Then facility got a fax over from Kent county hospital on x-rays bt still took it again, I guess they must like blue cross blue shield money . Times must be tough know I have extremely good medical coverage . All set

Wow, I wish they had an option of zero stars. This is an awful place. After waiting in line to check in, 30 minutes, I never saw the doctor. My PCP sent in a referral and they called and I made an appointment. I was never asked to bring anything in for the appointment. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was asked if I had brought x-rays. I told them I was never asked to bring those. The woman At the front desk apparently loves making people wait For her. Perhaps he gives her some sense of the delight And makes her feel like she’s so important. People who go to this office Are more than likely in pain and to make them wait just to check in is extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I was given paperwork to complete while waiting. Then I had to wait in another line to return my paperw

This was my first and only visit there. Never again. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I get there 5 minutes early and there is a line of 11 people in front of me waiting to check in....never saw that in my life in a Dr's office. People with canes and elderly waiting in line. So I get to the front desk after a waiting in line for 20 minutes and tell them I have an appointment and give my name. She asked me for my xray. I said I have a current MRI and the receptionist tells me the Dr wants an Xray NOT an MRI. So they wont even let me see the DR. No one told me I needed an xray when I made the appointment on the phone. I told her I wont bother coming back what a joke and I leave. Just had a total.knee.replacement with Dr. Balancer and it has added years to my life. The staff is highly professional yet caring and accommodating. My PT program is top notch. Dr Belanger is very skilled and takes the time to help the patient come to the best decision for their own case. All are dedicated to patient satisfaction. So glad I found them!

Donna Cole. I have had 3 different surgeries with the Center for Orthopedics. I was completely satisfied with them. The staff is very friendly and I love my doctors.
