Dr Gorenstein was amazing. I live in Oklahoma and flew to NY to have the procedure done. I had been dealing with extremely sweaty hands (hyperhydrosis) for several years. The results from the surgery are immediate. Immediately after surgery my hands were done sweating for good! There is no need to suffer with this condition as the surgery provides instant and permanent results. It will change your life. Dr Gorenstein is one of few surgeons who uses a titanium clip on the nerve vs cutting or burning. He is a true expert and was a great surgeon. I was able to be right back to doing stuff within a day. Very minimal recovery. As a matter of fact I was in New York City walking around the day after surgery. I highly recommend getting this done if you have hyperhydrosis of the hands.

I’m 27 and ETS WAS THE BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE. Dr Gorenstein did my procedure back in October for palmar hyperhidrosis. My entire life my hands were so sweaty I hated doing a lot of things because of them. A girl I work with told me she did ETS with Dr Gorenstein and she was so happy with the results, so I did my research and decided to give it a try. Best thing I’ve ever done. My hands are the driest they’ve ever been, my armpits are much better and so are my feet. The compensation sweating is fine, not as bad as I thought it was going to be and it’s getting better (being honest it’s my back, torso, and sometimes the back upper part of my thighs). I would recommend this to everyone because I have never been happier. I feel like a whole new person I still can’t believe that my hands a

Hello everyone, my name is Km, and today I want to share my experience with hyperhidrosis surgery. I’ve struggled with excessively sweaty palms and feet for as long as I can remember. I tried every possible alternative solution out there, but nothing worked. Eventually, I decided to go through with ETS (Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy) surgery with Dr. Lyall A. Gorenstein. Like many others, I read countless reviews about this procedure—especially the negative ones. Still, I chose to go ahead with it because I needed to find the truth for myself. And honestly, I’m so glad I did. My experience with Dr. Gorenstein was excellent. He thoroughly explained the entire process and made sure I understood that while the surgery would stop the excessive sweating in my hands and feet, other areas

I got my surgery 12/22 and it’s been a month since my surgery. I no longer experience hand sweating. There are no complications in terms of movement. My confidence is high and overall I will do it again if I needed to. I experience slightly more back sweating, but that’s if I move around excessively. Plus I have less feet sweating. I’m very grateful.

Dr. Gorenstein performed my procedure and I had a tremendous experience. Prior to the surgery I struggled with hyperhidrosis for several years. I learned about the surgery almost 10 years but hesitated for years because I struggled to find information that clarified how invasive the surgery is. I reached out to Dr. Gorenstein's office for a consultation and he explained the procedure in a way that I could understand. It was a very simple procedure and the hospital staff were friendly and accommodating. My condition has improved dramatically. I don't sweat on my hands at all and have minimal sweating on my feet. I understand how anxiety inducing hyperhidrosis can be. If you are considering the procedure, I highly encourage you to reach out for a consultation. My hope for you is that you are
