This a new review from a negative post I made three weeks ago. I did return to the office I saw the Arnp again. It was my intention not to return here I decided maybe it was just an off day for me as well. She was great this time around and explained my medication and situation better to me. So yes sometimes we don’t always click the first time around with someone. Her and I have met on new ground happy to say. I feel hopeful that I can once again beat type 2 diabetes.

It is amazing how this place can ignore a patient! I am a patient of Dr Krysiak and have been for years and she gave awesome care. She transitioned to this location to give better care to her patients but the opposite has happened. The office staff is very cold and treat you as just a number. Okay, can deal with just being that. Yet what happened next is unbelievable, I would call it patient abuse. After my appointment in October I needed my insulin refilled. When I called the office they referred me to go through the pharmacy which they sent messages to the office to no avail. For six to seven weeks I called the office and left messages and still no one relied. The pharmacist sent at least six messages with no results! I’m not sure how Dr McDonald got his medical license but he lacks any medical knowledge, personality or care. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time or money on this office. Despite having insurance with a small co pay the office billed me for the full office visit too.

I've been a patient here for sometime now and I have never had a bad experience. The front desk ladies are Beautiful and very Professional, the doctors take the time to address any concerns and make sure you continue to feel better. The Lab Technicians are very knowledgeable and make sure your experience with them is pleasant. And the office staff that work behind the scene make sure you visit runs smooth from chart prep, check in to check out. Thank you all.

"I have been a patient for over 15 years, starting with Dr. Lerman before being transitioned to two PAs, the most recent being Sharon. After she left, I became a patient of Dr. Jacobson, who is now retiring. While all the professional caregivers have been excellent, the scheduler (I believe her name is Debbie or Debra) is the most unprofessional employee I have encountered. On several occasions, she has provided false information and deleted my appointments without notice, resulting in me arriving at the office only to find I wasn't on the schedule. Following the news of Dr. Jacobson’s retirement on Jan. 15th, I followed the instructions that I received via email to call and reschedule with a new provider. I called nine times and left multiple voicemails, none of which were ever returned.
