I love this pharmacy! Every time I need a refill it’s done quickly and seamlessly. The staff is always kind and helpful, and if I need a new script from my doctor they get a hold of them quickly and I don’t need to do anything. Always patient when working with my prescriptions. Always consistent & communicative. This is truly helpful service that connects patients to their medications, no matter how small or serious, they take each situation sincerely & spend whatever time & effort necessary to solve any issue. Special shoutout to the customer care team that consistently answers calls at the ready and directly addresses concerns independently without forcing customers to do the legwork. Very refreshing & a blessing.

After a billing issue with this pharmacy (not their fault) and a lot of frustration, the pharmacy manager and employees made every effort to make sure that I was reimbursed for the billing mistake. The friendliest employees and a business that deserves more credit than they receive. Not a big chain corporate pharmacy and one that truly cares about patients/customers.

I had no idea that filling a prescription would be this hard! I chose this pharmacy because it said they deliver online but after multiple calls between them and my insurance carrier they told me it would take up to 3 days to get it delivered because they have to order it? Really frustrated because I don’t have a vehicle! Now I have to wait for another pharmacy to call me and then find a ride to get it while being weak/sick. Waste of my time and energy. I needed delivery.
