The Brace Place

I have been going here since 2018. (My case is complicated) Because of personal issues, I haven't had my braces adjusted in almost a year. I was so afraid that I had waited too long and that they would not be able to continue to fix my teeth. I finally reached out last week to ask if it was too late to continue treatment. The woman on the phone who works in billing was incredibly friendly and understanding. Because my braces were already paid in full she was able to get me an appointment for a week later (today) to get me back on track. The woman who worked on me today after almost a year of me neglecting my teeth was so amazing and kind. Her name was Shannon I believe. She was so gentle with me and I am so greatful Dr. Jackson and his team.
