I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. The representative I spoke with on the phone was rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I was spoken to in an unprofessional tone and felt rushed instead of supported. Good customer service should involve respect and basic courtesy, which was lacking during this interaction. I hope this is addressed so future customers have a better experience.

Dr. Cote is honestly a highly respected; very meticulous and Detail-oriented surgeon. Dr. Cote completed surgeries for both myself and my oldest son. Dr. Cote is brilliant and really understands the bodies anatomy. He doesn’t rush but rather takes his time ensuring each patient truly receives the best care and treatment during each surgery. After surgery, follow ups are just as professional and explained for patients comprehension. He really is upfront and honest while explaining exactly what you should expect. He explains both best/worst case scenarios that are tailored to you. I really was terrified knowing I was heading to surgery while in the ER room but that changed once I knew my surgeon would be Dr. Cote. Even when I am nervous or unsure; I really do have comfort knowing my surgeon

Great experience! All the way from front desk, nurses to the surgeons! Highly recommend them! Dr. Cote takes his time, and explains everything in great detail and listens to all of your worries or concerns!

Dr. Juelson is excellent! My injury was very rare and very bad. He was able to make the needed repair and get my knee functioning well again. 5 stars isn't enough for what he did to help me, and his staff is also very good!

Excellent job and very detailed explanation of what is happening in my shoulder area and biceps tear! Doc.Ackerman even drew a picture for me and my wife of exactly everything that was wrong and how he will fix it! We left clinic very confident and we knew we were in an excellent hands 🙌 Thank you!
