Dr. Iqbal is phenomenal. He is gentle, caring and always takes his time with you to explain everything. He also makes sure you understand everything. This is the second time I have had injections in my back with him. He is as gentle as he possibly can be. After being done he even came back into the room to make sure they safely transported me into the recovery area. You never feel rushed with him and he answers any questions. I am so glad he is my doctor!

My husband recently had surgery to repair his bicep tendon. I will say the nurses at the Malta office were great. Very professional, and making sure their patients were comfortable, and had everything they needed. The ladies working the front desk were also very friendly. Our issue is getting a call back from the doctors secretary. We have left MULTIPLE messages, over the past week and NO phone calls have been returned. I have also sent a message on the patient portal and again NO response. I understand they are busy have have many patients but we should not have to leave multiple messages on multiple days over the past week to get a phone call back about important paperwork.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ichbal and the entire team at the Bone & Joint Center. From day one, they’ve been kind, responsive, and genuinely caring, always making me feel heard and supported. They move quickly when I need help and go above and beyond to work with my insurance company so I can get the care I truly need—something that means more to me than I can easily put into words. It’s clear they work incredibly hard for their patients, and I’m truly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication they show every step of the way.

On March 1st I arrived at your urgent care at 11:15am. I waited in line 10 minutes to then be told at 11:25am that they were no longer seeing patients and to come back on March 2nd at 8:00am. There were three receptionists there, two were at the desk when I arrived and said nothing about not seeing any patients. The third receptionist returned to the front desk and was the one that told me. Your hours on Sunday’s are 8:00am- 12:00pm. Good customer service would be to see patients that arrived prior to 12:00pm. Nothing was posted on your website or in the office. I traveled 40 minutes to come to the urgent care. This is not good customer service.

I was healed completely today, it was miracle work from the doctor just now. I have been in steady pain for the last 3 months and maybe longer. This past week I wanted to vomit from the amount of pain I was experiencing after some labor this week. The miracle work that went on here was top notch. The people working here genuinely care about your issue and do a great job at solving things. THANK YOU I have have been here for emergencies, inside and outside of regular working hours and here during the day to follow up on emergencies and to get proper knowledge about how to best care for my injury. The staff here are a huge reason I continue to comeback and avoid hospitals and other doctors. Their doctors are superior in their fields and I feel like they always help to come to a solut
