Her skills are simply exceptional, and she really knows how to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. From the moment I arrived, I was immediately put at ease by her warm and friendly personality. I felt like I was in good hands right from the start. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. My therapist used a variety of techniques that truly worked wonders on my body. I went to Erica for the first time a few months back as someone who had never tried massage therapy. Immediately she made me comfortable and addressed my needs that, unknowingly to me, could be corrected through massage. Over several months of seeing her I have not only felt relief in TMJ symptoms but have gained knowledge and insight when controlling my breathing and posture. I had been dealing with severe lower back and leg pain for about six months before going to see Erica. After the first session with her I felt relief, she recommended I try some cupping as well to help with the process and it worked! I have been going to her about every three weeks for continued therapy and now have virtually no back or leg pain. She is extremely professional and always follows up a day or two after the appointment to check in on the progress. She now has a client for life in me after relieving my back pain when I had tried countless other remedies. This session was recommended to me by my triathlon coach after completing Ironman Alaska. I wasn’t really feeling it but decided to give it a try, and I’m glad that I did. Erica could tell which targeted muscle groups were causing an issue without my identification, and worked them through a sort of physical therapy routine. I could feel that rough spot in my shoulder loosen up the way it does after a long swim. As someone who is not a fan of relaxation massages, I can assure you that if you’re looking to improve athletic performance through targeted recovery… you’re in good hands. I intend to be a routine customer.

Erica is passionate and educated with her craft. Her objective of being a massage therapist is beyond the traditional massage experience. She utilizes her knowledge to examine your needs and fulfills your expectations by creating a goal for your body for long term correcting and comfort. Your experience on her table is a full mind and body journey that will leave you feeling relaxed, comforted and optimistic for long term relief with the goals and plan she implements for future appointments. It also great that she works in chiropractic office with an awesome team. You can tell she is surrounded by a group that is supportive with setting one another up for success! 10/10 recommend :-)
