I recently visited this nursing home to tour it for a family member, and honestly the experience left me really concerned. When I first arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I had to ring the bell several times before anyone came out. For a place that takes care of vulnerable residents, it was unsettling that no staff were available right away. The first thing I noticed when walking in was the smell. One tip when looking for a nursing home is to pay attention to the smell because it can say a lot about the level of cleanliness and care. Unfortunately, the building had a very unpleasant odor that made it feel unhygienic. Another thing that stood out was that the facility looks very different from the photos online.
