The Asthma Center

All the staff members were great with my 12 year old. Patient, funny, answered all of his questions and engaged him, not just me. Dr Gordon was wonderful at explaining everything and helped us with all of our concerns. I am so happy we found The Asthma Center.

They are just wonderful… The moment you walk in, an amazing customer service representative greets and assists you! Nurse Chelsey was wonderful, as was Dr. Gordon! Great experience, great staff!

The doctors and medical staff are good and deserve 5-star. BUT, the billing department is very flawed. First of all, the billing department is located at a different office and does not communicate well with insurance companies. Late in filing claims to insurance company, and when they fail to get the payment from insurance because they're 2 months' late, they start sending invoices to the insured patients for insurance-covered treatments. The good medical team here need to separate itself from the inefficient head office that does the billing. The 1-star rating is only for the head office in Philly that does the billing. Dr Gordon and her assistant are wonderful and will be better off starting her own practice. Not sure about the other doctors, but they really need to break off from the P
