The Apprehensive Patient

I started to come here since I didn’t want to go to the dentist in the same building where I work. Then I started to bring my son for his dental exams. I was happy until my son needed to get braces. Now that my son is seeing the orthodontist here I’m very disappointed I came here. They cannot work with my son and my schedule to book appointments. My son is in high school and can’t no miss most of his school day just because they cannot schedule an appointment for when it’s convenient for the patient. I work with patients in a medical practice and always have an appointment for students to not miss school. I have to pay them and I also have to miss work hours. They don’t care about the patient. Like someone said on another review they just money hungry.

Always a good experience. The staff is always pleasant and the dentist is gentle. I've been a patient for 15 years.

The awning says it all….they call their patients cowards. For a place that is supposed to be for people that have anxiety, you know how to make them feel worse.

The staff displayed unprofessional behavior during my interaction. Instead of assisting me in determining the type of plan I had, I was told to call back because they were "too busy." When I called back, the response was equally disappointing, as the staff answered in a monotone voice and seemed irritated. I later discovered that they do not accept my insurance; however, regardless of this, my initial experience with the company was discouraging. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and as though I was inconveniencing the staff, who appeared uninterested in helping.

One word RUN! This doctor is money hungry, ok! I've been going to her for years and wish I knew sooner what she was about. I just started my career in the dental field so she is no longer to get over on me. The doctor does the cleaning and "check up" and she tells me I didn't have any cavities less then a month later, an intern at my job ( @ a dental office) asked to practice taking x-ray's on me. She notice that I had cavities and the cavities were a decent size. The doctor @ my job later went on to tell me that these cavities couldn't have formed in a month and they were without a doubt there the last time I got a cleaning. So basically what she does is wait and allow the cavities to get big enough so that you need a Root Canal so that she can get more money instead of doing a filling
