The Annex at The Clinic

My visit was a waste of time and money. The provider didn't bother to do a full head to toe initial screening examination at the initial dermatology visit. The provider focused solely on the area of dermatitis like rash on the affected part. The time spent by the provider in the appointment was barely couple of minutes, the follow up plan wasn't explained as to if the biopsy would be indicated. Received a bill definitely not worth the services. Wouldn't bother to go there again.

I love everything about The Clinic!! When I called to make an appointment the staff was so friendly making me comfortable about the upcoming procedure. Upon arriving I knew that I had make a great decision for my skin needs. I didn’t have to wait, the staff was professional and my worries were all addressed. The Doctors seemed to be knowledgeable about all the new advances in skin care and I can’t wait to make my next appointment! I feel very fortunate to have a medical facility of this caliber in Medford!!

My guy Joe G is not only professional but has a demeanor that sits comfortable in this environment and you can tell his relationship with staff and patients is authentic. Top notch. Highly recommend him.

Saw a dermatologist at this clinic because I have been getting these random hives on my face. I spent a significant amount of time explaining to her assistant what my entire history was, including when I first started getting these hives. The dermatologist fixated on the fact that once, almost 20 years ago, I was told I had rosacea. She literally came into the room saying "So, you have rosacea?" I corrected her, and told her no, that I was there for the hives. She looked at me and said "You don't have any hives." I told her they show up at random and described to her the situations under which I've had them show up and that they are extremely itchy. I basically told her the whole story I had already told her assistant. Her condescending response? "Do you know what a hive is?" I showed her

Very Professional staff and excellent Doctors. Never have to wait, as they don’t overbook and get you right in on time. Highly recommend.
