The staff was super friendly and helpful! They were willing to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. I got follow up calls and texts asking about my dog and how he was doing the following day. I felt like they truly cared. Dr. Pete was great as well. He showed my Ozzy lots of patience and care. I would highly recommend! I think Ozzy would too!

My 8.5 year old baby suddenly started getting fleas, despite OTC preventative treatment. We cut her hair down, did many treatment baths and nothing worked. It was time to take her in to be seen. I have to say, every aspect from the scheduling to the payment went so great and smoothly! They listened to my concerns and her history, they addressed any other concerns, and answered my questions. They were very thorough on the process and showed me a price list for preventative treatment. The price list with the breakdown of which each includes was super helpful. They handled my baby with such love and care! Also, the facility was quite clean! I will be back for her future needs. Thank you!!

Great place. Scheduling is easy and they followup with a call after every visit to make sure your pet is doing ok. Both customer service and care are very good. Prices are fair and they explain all charges in detail.

My furr babies have been coming here since 1 month age of pupps. Highly recommend, reasonable prices. Discounts every now and then. Friendly staff that i trust with my furr babies. Also they just renovated the location looks brand new! I wish they just had some type of loyalty discount since we've been coming here for 10 years that would be AWESOME.

I’ve been a loyal client of this vet clinic for over a decade, ever since it was under Dr. Pete Palacpac. Back then, it was a family-oriented place where you could really feel that the staff cared about both pets and owners. When new management took over a few years ago, I started to notice a change — it became more business-focused, where policies and profit seemed to matter more than empathy and care. Even though I felt that shift, I stayed because of Dr. Pete. I trusted him completely, and whenever I made appointments, I specifically requested that only he see my dogs. He still works there part-time, but since he no longer owns the clinic, it’s just not the same anymore. At my last visit, Dr. Pete personally examined both of my dogs, Aspen and Skye. Aspen got Bordetella, Influenza, an
