The Animal Clinic

I absolutely loved this office - it was clean and quite a breeze to get through! However, I missed an appointment this morning. I knew I’d lost my $75 deposit, but I was informed that I also owed $75 for a no show fee, after having forfeited my deposit. I told them I’d schedule elsewhere. I scheduled elsewhere and called back to retrieve records. They refuse to produce records until I’ve paid the remaining $75. This would be $150 loss in total and my animals would still need to see a vet. That’s absurd. I missed an appointment - I apologize for that, but to pay $150 for not…. Not gonna happen. They are some very nice people here. Very understanding of changes. I was moving the week that I have a vet appointment scheduled, but my cat was very stressed with the move. These nice ladies allowed me to reschedule with very little notice. They take great care of the fluff ball of a cat for me. Thanks very much.

Fantastic service from the front desk to the Doctor and everyone in between. They were very sweet to my kitten who wasn’t feeling well. Didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell us on products “only they sell” or expensive foods. Clinic was clean, bright, and welcoming. We’re definitely taking our other animals to them going forward.

Excellent, compassionate veterinary care. Our little Yorkie mix is a loving guy but has very high anxiety issues. All of the staff have shown themselves to be very reassuring, patient, skilled and knowledgeable. They have proven time and again that they care about our dog as much as we do. Glenwood is lucky to have this resource.

Very nice staff and get back to you quickly. They don't seem to mind that I call any time my animal sneezes. Thank you very much for taking care of my fur babies.
